Our Roots
Honesty Builder and Developer was originally established in 2013 as a registered partnership firm. For over a decade, we have been a trusted name in Panvel and Navi Mumbai real estate, delivering quality residential and commercial projects like the Pancharatna Complex and Panchashil Complex.
Our foundation was built on a simple yet powerful promise: “To deliver what we commit.”
Our work is currently centred on Lodhivali, Tal. Khalapur — a location minutes from the Mumbai–Pune Highway within the Navi Mumbai Airport Influenced Notification Area (NAINA), a special planning authority of CIDCO, Govt. of Maharashtra.

Growth requires change. As of 2026, the company has restructured to become Honesty Builder and Developer (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., with Mr. Dinesh B. Sonawane taking the helm as Director.
While our legal structure has evolved from a partnership to a One Person Company (OPC) following the resignation of former partners, our core mission remains unchanged. We continue to carry forward the legacy, experience and commitment to quality that our customers have relied on for more than 13 years.
